Video blogging, getting back on the bandwagon.
Video blogging, getting back on the bandwagon. Mostly my blogging, both video and text are to help me cope with the stress of my medical issues.
It's been about a year since I last blogged about any updates to my sites. In the past year, I've been to a couple of dozen or more chiropractic medical visits, massage therapy sessions, and hospital check-ups. Initially, I thought my heart was the issue, but it turns out my heart is fine. However, I have been seeking help from Vitality Healthcare on Oakland and Page. So far, I've enjoyed what they're showing me, and they've helped me identify some of my food sensitivities, issues with certain supplements, and how to improve my diet.
Additionally, I've started taking various supplements, and I've noticed subtle differences and changes in my body. I'm concentrating on what helps me in life, including writing down or blogging about my experiences. It helps me focus on the most important aspects of my life, and it's been a positive experience for me.
Recently, I've also had some conversations with Uncle Ray at One-on-One Fitness on West NCH. He opened my mind to new perspectives, such as wishing I had or hadn't had cancer. It made me realize that suffering is a part of life, and we need to learn how to handle it. Ultimately, I believe our job is to impart that knowledge to others and help them understand how to cope with pain.
Personally, I didn't have health concerns until I was 47. Before then, I didn't know what it meant to be unwell. However, over the last seven years, I've learned how to handle my health issues better. It's gotten easier for me to deal with suffering and pain since then.
In closing, I will continue to focus on things that help me mentally, including blogging and making short videos. I hope these efforts can help others as well. Stay safe, everyone!
